I worked closely with a performance-focused company to develop a natural way to continue user engagement between monthly events. Through a multitude of discussions, we focused on the genuine heart from hard work, vulnerability in sharing, and the delight in sharing "the artist's heart" of an individual piece (whether poem, song, monologue, story, etc). In doing so, we managed to increase user engagement 500x within the first month, before increasing it again another 100x a few months later.
